A GREAT HARVEST

THE MELONS ARE GETTING SWEETER. THERE ARE SO MANY WATERMELONS GROWING IN THE BACK. WE KNOW WE ARE VERY FORTUNATE…. BUT THE VINES HAVE TAKEN OVER. I KINDA LOOK FORWARD TO WHEN THE SEASON IS OVER AND WE CAN PULL UP THE VINES AND RESTORE SOME ORDER TO THE RAISED BEDS. IF YOU WALK BACK THERE NOW YOU WOULDN’T EVEN KNOW THERE WERE ANY RAISED BEDS.

I don't know if the comment I left went through, I clicked on something off the site, then my comments earlier dissappeared, so here it is again. What beatiful melons and a pumpkin, I'd love to have some of it's seeds! Maybe I can exchanged with some of my zucchini seeds.

Thanks for visiting my blog! Yes we are Gluten free, but we do use Oat flour sometimes (not all the time) I have some decent recipes that's I've refined over the years for ourselves, if you want to swap recipes it'd be great. However, it might be tricky for you because my son also avoids eggs, dairy and nuts on top of the gluten.

My good friend from HS has a brother who is battling a germ cell cancer. It started out in the lungs, but has travelled to his brain, it doesn't look good right now, as the tumor in the brain caused multiple strokes and has paralyzed him, only 29yrs old too.
