LOOFAH EVERYWHERE

I’M FINDING LOOFAH SEEDS SPROUTING EVERYWHERE-----HERE THEY ARE GROWING IN THE LAWN. FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS WE’VE HAD A LOOFAH CROP. THE FLOWERS ON THE LOOFAH PLANT ARE A PRETTY YELLOW AND MAKE ME SMILE. THE FIRST YEAR WE GREW THE LOOFAH IN THE BACK GARDEN AND LIKE TO WATERMELON IT TOOK OVER THE PLACE. SO…. LAST YEAR I PLANTED A FEW SEEDS AND DECIDED THEY SHOULD BE VISIBLE TO ME FROM MY KITCHEN. I PUT THEM AT THE BASE OF A FEW PALM TREES AND HOPED THE VINES WOULD CLIMB. THEY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS----THEY PRODUCED BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS WHICH ATTRACTED THE BEES TO POLLINATE THEM. SOON ENOUGH WE HAD FERTILIZATION AND IT WAS QUITE FUNNY TO SEE THE LOOFAH HANGING FROM THE PALM TREES. NEIGHBORS THOUGHT THE LOOFAH WAS ZUCCINI. I HAVE PLENTY OF SEEDS AND IF ANYONE WANTS FREE LOOFAH SEEDS LEAVE A COMMENT AND SEND ME AN EMAIL AT dalesgarden at dc.rr dot com

I would love to get some loofah sponges if you have any available. Also if anyone has soap and candle recipes I would love to have some. Thanks. Renee Fitts PO box 3 WHitesburg, Georgia 30185
