CHINESE DINNER






THIS WAS AN EXPERIMENT---THREW TOGETHER SOME PORK COATED IN CORN STARCH AND EGG WHICH I PAN FRIED IN A LITTLE COCONUT OIL---THREW IN SOME ORANGE BELL PEPPER---THEN MADE A SAUCE USING SOME WHEAT FREE TAMARI SAUCE, SOME CHICKEN STOCK, A LITTLE ORANGE ZEST, AGAVE NECTAR, 2 THAI PEPPERS,2 MINCED GARLIC CLOVES, A SLIVER OF GINGER AND THEN THICKENED IT WITH CORN STARCH. I SERVED IT ON A BED OF JASMINE RICE---PRETTY TASTY. SORRY I DON’T HAVE AN EXACT RECIPE TO GIVE YOU---NEXT TIME I MAKE IT I’LL HAVE TO WRITE DOWN THE PROPORTIONS.
