Citrus doesn't do very well here but we have apricots trees growing everywhere. On tree corners, roadsides, people's yards. The same with apple trees and some plums. I love it because I go and pick the little apricots and make jam and freeze, etc. They are the sweetest you'll ever taste. And most are completely unattended and wild. Some years the ground is orange under the trees there are so many apricots.

Apricots are the best!!! Dale's Garden has an apricot tree that blessed us with the sweetest fruit this year. Every year we get more apricots---can't wait until next may.
